[영어] 늑장 고장수리 대처법

A friend of mine was a frequent user of a pay telephone at a popular truck stop. and was greatly inconvenienced when the phone frequently went out of commission. His patience finally reached its limit when repeated requests for repair brought only promises.

After several days of his last request, the phone companay was again contacted and told that there was no longer a rush. This is what my friend actually told the company.

"The phone is now working fine. so no need to fix it. Except that all money is being returned upon completion of each call.

A repairman arrived within the hour!
